VTS3 Corp is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to support the design, delivery, and optimization of data-driven products in a complex enterprise environment.

This is not a reporting role. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering, ensuring that data products are well-defined, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

You will be the source of truth for requirements, business logic, and product clarity, driving consistency across the entire product lifecycle.

Role Overview:

The Data Product Analyst partners with stakeholders to build, test, enhance, and operate data products that support business and operational needs.

This role requires a professional who can:

• Translate complex business needs into  clear, actinable requirements
• Work across technical and non-technical teams
• Drive data product delivery with precision and accountability

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze and define business and technical requirements
• Lead workshops, interviews, and working sessions to ensure alignment
• Translate requirements into Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)

•  Define business logic, workflows, and feature breakdowns
• Prioritize features based on business value and feasibility
• Act as the primary owner of requierments and product clarify

• Create and maintain:
  ○ Product documentation
  ○ Process flows
  ○ Customer jourey maps 
  Reporting materials
• Communicate proress, risks, and dependencies across stakeholders

• Develop:
  ○ Test plans
  ○ Test cases
  ○ UAT scripts
• Support defect tracking and resolution
• Ensure delivery meets business expectations and quality standards

• Work closely with:
  ○ Engineering teams
  ○ Data and analytics teams
  ○ UX abd oroduct teams
• Support end-to-end product lifecycle from requirements to deployment

• Monitor product performance and user feedback
• Identify opportunities for enhancement for enhancement and optimization
• Stay current with data product best practices and industry trends

This is an hourly position with opportunity for overtime.

Mandatory Qualifications: (Please read carefully. They MUST be shown on your resume)

• 3+ years in:
  ○ Product Analysis
  ○ Business Analysis
  ○ Data Prooduct environments
• Proven experience working in digital or data-driven environments

• Strong ability to:
  ○ Translate business requirements into technical requirements
  ○ Make data-driven decisions
  ○ Manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience with:
  ○ Salesforce and/or Power BI reporting
  ○ Agile/Scrum frameworks
  ○ Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar tools
• Strong experience creating:
  ○ BRDs
  ○ Process documentation 
  ○ Workflow artifacts
• Experience supporting:
  ○ Software developent
  ○ Testing and UAT Processes

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking 
• Ability to break down complex business processes
• Strong facilitation and consensus-building skills
• High attention to detail and accountability 

• Experience with:
  ○ Data visualization tools
  ○ Data engineerinf concepts
  ○ C;oud data platforms
• Familiarity with:
  ○ Data governance, privacy, and compliance
• Certifications:
  ○ PMP
  ○ Scrum/Agile

• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree preferred
