Sr. Salesforce Administrator

We’re seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to play a pivotal role in transforming IT solutions for one of the most impactful portfolios in New York City. This is a 12+ month onsite opportunity with a hybrid model to follow, exclusively for local candidates residing in the NYC Metro Area.
About the Role
Join a high-performing IT Business Systems Delivery (BSD) team dedicated to driving innovation in Customer Operations, Energy Management, and Energy Efficiency. As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be at the forefront of designing, configuring, and implementing impactful solutions. Your work will directly support key initiatives that enhance customer interactions and deliver measurable results.
What You’ll Do
- Customize and optimize the Salesforce platform to align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional enhancements.
- Provide top-tier support and maintenance for Salesforce users, ensuring seamless operations.
- Implement robust security measures, safeguarding sensitive data and regulatory compliance.
- Create training materials and lead workshops to empower users to maximize Salesforce functionalities.
- Be part of a forward-thinking team that directly impacts the energy sector.
- Leverage your expertise in Agile methodologies, Salesforce configuration, and project management to make a difference.
- Stay at the cutting edge of technology, continuously learning and implementing the latest Salesforce features and trends.
This is an hourly position with opportunity for overtime.

Mandatory Qualifications: (Please read carefully. They MUST be shown on your resume)
- 4+ years of Salesforce experience with a strong foundation in CRM concepts and configuration.
- Proficiency in creating custom fields, objects, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with data migration tools and change set deployments.
- Stellar communication and training skills to bridge technical solutions with business needs.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (additional certifications are a plus!).
Preferred Knowledge
- Familiarity with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AppExchange tools.
- Expertise in energy and utility workflows, data models, and Utility Cloud features.
- Experience with DevOps tools like Copado and advanced Salesforce troubleshooting.
